毎月、神戸で受けている咬合育成セミナー☆
江上歯科のスタッフの矯正治療も順調にいってます(^^)
前歯のガタガタ（叢生）もほぼキレイになってきて、喜んでくれています(^^)v
ワイヤーによる歯列矯正ももちろん必要です。
が、やっぱり日常生活で姿勢、しつけの乱れを見つけて、一日でも早く不正を取り除くことが一番大切！！
高田先生がいつもいつも繰り返し言われています(^-^)
が！！
実際の日常生活では……(^_^;)
「お茶碗持って！」
「ひじ付かないで！」
って、缶ビール飲みながら言えないです……(^0^;)
まずは、自分の生活態度から改めていかないと…………(´θ`llll)
